Before the premiere of Bringing Up Bates on UP TV, the Bates family appeared on TLC, both as guests on 19 Kids and Counting and as stars in their own TLC reality series United Bates of America. When Erin Bates married Chad Paine on November 2, 2013, the wedding was covered on the Duggars' show. Watch Erin walk down the aisle with father Gil Bates in the throwback video below.
